CAD Password is advanced and extremely fast password recovery tool for AutoCAD drawing files (*.dwg).
Several configurable attacks can be queued: Dictionary (with several languages included), Brute-force with a length and charset selectable and Mixed (combinations of independent parts based on dictionary, brute-force or fixed). Advanced keyboard layouts-aware recovery technique (on the fly conversion from one keyboard layout to another). Char replacement option (e.g. S,s with 5 or Z,z with 2, etc.) Highly optimized code (SSE2, AVX) and GPU (AMD, NVIDIA) utilization guarantees fastest recovery speed. Audio, script or web address based post-search notification. About a dozen of examples of search settings is available to start with. "Save passwords to a file" option (saves all password candidates) to verify search settings or to generate a new wordlist, etc.
For example password recovery speed on Intel Core i3 4130 at 3.40GHz + AMD Radeon R9 270 = ~25 million passwords per second.
NOTE: The default key length used in *.dwg files encryption is 40-bit long. So for every original password there is a multitude of equivalent passwords and equivalent password can be found within a limited timeframe (from hours on i7 to days on core 2 duo) regardless of the original password length. For default 40-bit encryption with no additional knowledge of the password used you can start the search with 8 chars length with "a...z" + "0...9" charset or 13 chars length with "0...9" charset for the guaranteed result.
