PDF Forms is a new product in our PDF applications line, which already contains PDF PROvider, PDF Printer and WEB to PDF products. PDF Forms is a mobile software tool to manage PDF documents, such as interactive forms, articles and notices or contracts, using annotating, filling and signing capabilities.
PDF Forms intended for signing legal documents, contracts, notices etc. For quick signing you can save a copy of your signature and place it in required area of yo PDF document. You can then resize and move it by simple dragging of the sign frame.
The next useful feature of the PDF Forms is filling PDF forms. Simply open any form and then tap corresponding field to add text there.
You can also mark or annotate any disputable paragraph, any part of the text and any image, when discussing contracts terms or making articles review, or simply highlight the important place in the document.
PDF Forms works with any PDF file received by email or via iTunes USB file sharing, loaded from Dropbox folders and opened from any application which generates PDF files such as PDF PROvider via Open in... option. The same variety of ways is available for documents sharing. To send several files you can archive them for your convenience.
Convenient File Manager allows you to easily organize your PDFs. For example, you can create separate folders depending on the recipient, document type or state, e.g. processed document or pending.
Use PDF Forms to work with multiple documents - change pages order or split filled documents so you can create a new file from the previously generated files. For example, if you receive a complex multipage contract, after annotating and signing its part, you can save the processed part as a separate PDF file and send it back.
Processed documents can be uploaded to Dropbox right from the application or simply sent via e-mail.
